Awards and Certificates - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

The Growth Certificate, Profitability Certificate, Start-up Founder Award, and Award Winning Climate Friendly British Business awards (collectively, the "Awards") are open to companies registered in the United Kingdom that meet the specific criteria for each award as outlined below.

- Companies must be registered and in good standing with Companies House to be eligible.

- Self-employed sole traders or unincorporated partnerships are not eligible for the Awards.

- Retailer Robotics Ltd. and its directors and employees shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in Companies House records. Award eligibility is determined solely based on the records available through Companies House.

Growth Certificate Criteria:

This certificate is awarded annually to companies that demonstrate growth in annual turnover, as evidenced by Companies House records for the past two consecutive years.

Profitability Certificate Criteria:

This certificate is awarded annually to companies that have demonstrated consistent profitability, as evidenced by Companies House records showing positive net income for the past two consecutive years.

Start-up Founder Award Criteria:

This award is presented to the director(s) and founder(s) of companies that have successfully incorporated within the past 3 years and show promising growth, as determined by Retailer Robotics Ltd.

Climate Friendly British Business Award Criteria:

This award is presented annually to companies that demonstrate climate-friendly business practices, as determined by their use of the Retailer Robotics Ltd. Climate App and commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Award Determination and Notification:

- Retailer Robotics Ltd. will review Companies House records periodically to determine recipients of the Growth Certificate, Profitability Certificate, and Start-up Founder Award.

- For the Climate Friendly British Business Award, companies must demonstrate use of the Retailer Robotics Ltd.Climate App and make a submission outlining their environmental initiatives.

- Award recipients will be notified in writing and announced publicly on Retailer Robotics Ltd.’s website and social media accounts.

Usage of Awards:

- Recipients may publicise their receipt of the Retailer Robotics Ltd.Awards, provided the year and category are clearly stated.

- The UK Ltd name and logo may be used in announcements and marketing materials related to the receipt of the Award.

- Certificates and accessories remain the property of Retailer Robotics Ltd.and must be returned if requested. They cannot be duplicated without permission.

General Terms:

- Retailer Robotics Ltd. reserves the right to revoke or withdraw an Award at any time if new information reveals a company to be ineligible or not in good standing.

- Retailer Robotics Ltd.'s decisions on Award recipients are final and not subject to appeal or review.

- Retailer Robotics Ltd.reserves the right to modify or cancel the Awards program at any time.

- Participation in the Awards constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

- Retailer Robotics Ltd. may update these Terms from time to time.
